“Mujib says people will show their disapproval of bad behavior by choosing the Anarash symbol on May 8th. He’s running for chairman in the Cox’s Bazar Sadar Upazila Parishad election. Mujib spoke at a meeting in Sonakhali on Thursday evening.
He mentioned that some candidates he picked in the past are now speaking against him. Mujib also said a candidate who accused others of corruption was once in jail for the same thing.
He believes people who spread lies will be answered by choosing the Anarash symbol in the May 8th election.
Mujib talked about his work in the municipality over the last 150 years. He promises that winning the May 8th election will make Sadar Upazila look better. He wants to make every village more like a city.
On Thursday afternoon, he visited Larpara, Islampur, and Cox’s Bazar Central Bus Terminal in Jhilongja Union. Later, he spoke at a meeting in ward no. 12 of Sonakhali and the Light House area of PM Khalil Union.
Voters are expected to choose Mujib for chairman of Sadar Upazila because of his past work for development.”
